RNGdle Calculator
Enter any number from 0 to 1,000,000 to see its rarity score, the patterns behind it, and the badges it would unlock.
What the calculator scores
Paste in any number and you get its rarity score, where it sits against the rest of the range, and the specific signals that produced that score. Six families get checked:
| Signal | What it looks at | Why it moves the score |
|---|---|---|
| Length | digits in the number | fewer digits, fewer places to be interesting |
| Digit profile | unique digits, odd/even split | all-distinct and all-same are both rare |
| Repetition | doubles, triples, runs, repeated pairs | short repeats are common, long ones aren't |
| Digit sum | the total of the digits | extreme sums are rarer than middle ones |
| Number properties | prime, square, palindrome, round, famous year | named properties are the rarest signals |
| Badges | documented badge hits | anything the game itself recognises |
Rarity tiers
The game's own badges are tiered by probability — the official rule is that Common covers anything better than a 10% chance of appearing, and each tier above it is progressively less likely. Community tallies of the badge list describe the ladder as Common → Uncommon → Rare → Epic → Anomaly (sometimes called Trash) → Mythic. Our calculator uses the same idea at the number level, and shows the tier alongside the score so you can see whether a roll is everyday luck or the kind of thing worth screenshotting.
Patterns that push a number up
- Repeated digits — 777, 424242. The single most reliable score booster, and the community talks about them more than any other pattern.
- Palindromes — read the same both ways.
- Zigzag digits — every adjacent comparison alternates between rising and falling.
- Digit sums at the edges — a total that's very low or very high for its length.
- Round and famous numbers — clean thousands, or years people actually know.
- Mathematical status — primes, perfect squares, perfect cubes.
Rarity score vs EP — these are not the same number
Worth being clear about, because it's the most common mix-up on this game: EP is the game's own currency. Every badge has an EP value set by how rare the badge is, badges are grouped into families where only the highest-scoring badge in the family counts, and your total is the sum. Our rarity score is our own estimate and it's a different scale — it looks at the number, not at your accrued account total. Treat one as how is this account doing and the other as how unusual is this number.
What is the rarest number in RNGdle?
There isn't one, and that's the cleanest answer: every number from 0 to 1,000,000 has exactly the same chance of coming up, so the rarest possible outcome is any specific number you name. What changes isn't the odds of rolling it — it's how rare the properties of a number are. That's why the interesting question isn't "which number is rarest" but "which kinds of numbers are rarest", which is what the calculator actually scores. The badge side of the same question is on our badge list.
FAQ
Is the rarity score the same as EP?
No. EP is the game's own badge-based total; our rarity score is an independent estimate of how unusual a number is.
What's the worst RNGdle number?
There's no genuinely bad number — every number has identical odds. Numbers that feel boring are simply the ones whose properties appear most often, and the calculator shows you which properties those are.
Does this work for numbers I didn't roll?
Yes, that's the point. Any number from 0 to 1,000,000.
Is the calculator free?
Yes, and it doesn't need an account.
